These training lessons have been developed by the Information Technology
staff to help users take full advantage of Banner, the network system, and
software we make available to faculty and staff, and in our public computer labs. Currently, the lessons
cover the following topics:
A. Wireless Setup
- Configure your PC laptop running Windows XP Pro
Service Pack 2 to connect to our
Wireless Network
- Configure your Mac laptop running OS 10.3 to connect to our
Wireless Network
B. Banner
- Preregister, submit and see grades, view the course schedule and catalog,
view scheduled rooms, etc., with Banner Web
- Use Banner Web for
Finance to view your departmental or office budget. (You must have
security set by the Business Office to do this.)
- Use Faculty Reports to view Banner information
that is important to faculty members

E. Miscellaneous
You will need Adobe
Acrobat Reader to print copies of these lessons, which are for Windows unless otherwise indicated.
