Project Schedule

General Information:

The first few days and the last day will be atypical. Typically, we will have class sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning and groups will alternate cooking either on Tuesday or Thursday. We will be filling in the calendar as the course progresses.

Chocolate Tasting Schedule

For those of you that get excited about chocolate, here is a tentative tasting schedule. The chocolate has been ordered but not yet received so things could change a bit. Also, I'll add more details either here or under the class notes. Slight changes may be made to the order things are done.

Three common commercial chocolates, melted and resolidified so that you won't be able to identify them. This test will be repeated the last day of interim and the three chocolates will be idenfitied at that time.
