Language Lessons

In addition to lots of cooking, we will also spend a few minutes each day so you can learn a few basic phrases in Chinese that relate to food. This page contains the Chinese you will learn. It includes links to audio files prepared by Dr. Kinnison. We will also look at some menus from Chinese restaurants. This really isn't a lot of Chinese, but will give you the flavor of the language.
